We are also instructed by estate agents and surveyors to advise their clients who are moving into smaller properties or who wish to buy or sell household effects during the transaction on a willing buyer/willing seller basis.
We also regularly are involved in compiling inventories and valuations for hotels and licensed premises who are changing hands.

We are an Approved Valuer for all the major high net worth insurers such as Hiscox, Chubb, Zurich, NFU, AXA Art and many other insurance companies. These companies and their brokers recommend that their clients use our valuation services to ensure that they are not under insured.
